<br />OBSERVATIONS: Dish washier did not produce 50 ppm chlorine. Adjust or repair to maintain this dish washier to meet the
<br />manufacturer's specifications. Immediately start manual warewashing in 3-compartment sink including applications of
<br />sanitizing chemicals by immersion, manual swabbing, brushing, or pressure spraying methods and contact with a solution of
<br />100 ppm available chlorine solution for at least 30 seconds.
