Shelled eggs, raw food, cooked food, ect.All potentially <br /> hazardous foods shall be maintained at 41 F or lower at all times. It appears that not enough refrigeration is available for <br /> large box of eggs. Provide another refrigerator or discontinue buying large box of eggs. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Hot water of 120 F is not available. Facility is closed by this dept and shall not reopen until hot water is <br /> available. <br /> NOTE: Owner turned pilot on and hot water of 101 F was available at end of inspection.
