<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Wall at pasta prep area has peeled off paint(repeat violation). Scrape off old paint and repaint wall by 2
<br /> weeks so that is smooth, cleanable, and non absorbent.Wall in front of 3 comp sink is absorbent paint by 2 weeks.
<br /> Floor base close to back exit door is unglued. Glue back in place by 1 month.
<br /> Hard to reach floors have caked on flour. Remove residue weekly or more often if needed.
