All vehicles, conveyances, or containers used by any person collecting or transporting refuse pursuant to an exclusive residential refuse collection contract or collec- tors license shall have painted on the outside of each side wall of the vehicle,conveyance,or container in letters not less than four inches (4") in height and one inch (1") in width the following information in a color contrasting to the body color: (a) The name of the refuse collector; (b) If a vehicle, the number assigned pursuant to Section 2-2503; (c) If a conveyance or container, an identification number assigned by the collector.(Ord.877;2887;3228) 5-2502 COVERING AND CONTAINING. A means of covering and containing the refuse secure- ly within the hauling body of every vehicle used by any person, including any individual not transporting refuse for hire pursuant to an exclusive residential refuse collec- tion contract or a collector's license,in the collection and transportation of refuse shall be provided, and no refuse shall be permitted to escape from the vehicle.
