I am working from home due to my risk factors for coronavirus with limited access. however I did look at this <br />before I left. the only way this happens is if it can be shown to not be in the floodway. difficult as they are <br />inside the levees. one angle I thought of is the road in to the site might cut off the flow forcing the water to go <br />around them and thru the gap. this would be true if the road/site is as high as the outside levee or at least above <br />the one hundred year flood elevation. KSN will understand this. have them look at the topography to see if this <br />is possible and send in a write up. <br />
