Jeff <br />I am working from home due to my risk factors for coronavirus with limited access. however I did look at this before I <br />left. the only way this happens is if it can be shown to not be in the floodway. difficult as they are inside the levees. one <br />angle I thought of is the road in to the site might cut off the flow forcing the water to go around them and thru the gap. <br />this would be true if the road/site is as high as the outside levee or at least above the one hundred year flood elevation. <br />KSN will understand this. have them look at the topography to see if this is possible and send in a write up. <br />2 <br />
