All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />The complainant alleges that EMPLOYEES AT FACILITY ARE NOT WEARING FACE MASK AND DO NOT WASH HANDS <br />AFTER HANDLING THE PHONE. <br />I called and spoke with the owner. I explained to the owner the reason for my call. He stated that all employees use face mask <br />during prep. and during work. He thinks that they may have taken the masks off while he was gone. He stated the he <br />purchased company masks and that all the employees had a mask issued. He has employees monitor themselves for <br />covid19 symptoms and that if anyone is sick at work, they would be sent home. He stated that they have a large company <br />poster indicating the social distancing requirements posted on the window/door of the facility for the public. He is not requiring <br />customers to wear a mask but he will post a sign indicating this requirement. <br />All employees shall thoroughly wash their hands and that portion, if any, of their arms exposed to direct food contact with <br />cleanser and warm water by vigorously rubbing together...the surfaces of their lathered hands and arms for at least 10 to 15 <br />seconds and thoroughly rinsing with clean running water followed by drying of cleaned hands and that portion, if any, of their <br />arms exposed. Employees shall pay particular attention <br />to the areas underneath the fingernails and between the fingers. Employees shall wash their hands in all of the following <br />instances: <br />(1) Immediately before engaging in food preparation, including working with nonprepackaged food, clean equipment and <br />utensils, and unwrapped single-use food containers and utensils.
