Open case with produce have old spill. Clean unsanitary surfaces by 1 <br /> week and as needed. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #39 Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Easily Visible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Walk in cooler lacks a thermometer. Provide by 1 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br /> available to the food handler. A thermometer+/-2#F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br /> and high temperature warewashing machines. (114157, 114159) <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained;Approved Back Flow Device <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Ice machine's drain line drops inside floor sink. Raise drain line as to provide a one inch air gap between <br /> end of drain line and top of floor sink. <br /> Possible water leak underneath 3 comp sink at back room. Repair by 1-2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required <br /> by applicable plumbing codes.
