You are now operating a food facility without a valid permit and <br />your facility is subject to closure pursuant to California Retail Food Code (CRFC), Section <br />114387. <br />You should pay all necessary permit fees and penalties within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving <br />this notice to avoid closure of your facility. Payment shall be in cash, money order, credit <br />card ($10.95 fee), or cashiers check.
