Gas Fryer Operation & Care Manual • 25 <br />CONTROL OPERATION <br />ENTER SYSTEM PRO- <br />GRAMMING MODE. <br />Press and hold the P key for 3 <br />seconds. <br />Type in left C, left B, left B, <br />right B using the prod- <br />uct keys. Press the P key. <br />Press the down arrow key. <br />Press the P key. <br />SET APPLIANCE MODE. <br />Use the left and/or right arrow <br />keys to choose Gas, Electric or <br />Generic. Press the P key. <br />SET CONTROL TYPE. Use <br />the left and/or right arrow keys <br />to choose Temperature or Time <br />Control. Press the P key. <br />SET TEMPERATURE <br />SCALE. Use the left and/or <br />right arrow keys to choose <br />Fahrenheit (F) or Celsius (C). <br />Press the P key. <br />SET PREHEAT MODE. Use <br />the left and/or right arrow keys <br />to choose Yes or No. Press the P <br />key. <br />PROGRAM will be displayed. <br />Press the P key. <br />SET COOK TIME UNIT. <br />Use the left and/or right arrow <br />keys to choose <br />Minutes/Seconds or <br />Hours/Minutes.
