Lifting tongue installation <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1. Install lifting tongue back to the frame assembly; make sure bolts are all the way <br />into the slots. <br />2. Proceed to install the four ½-13 lock nuts on both sides of the lifting tongue, but <br />do not over tighten. <br />3. Press the up button on the switch box and align 3/8” hole with 1” hole on the <br />frame assembly. <br />4. Install the two top cam followers and tighten bolts and nuts. When installing top <br />cam followers, pulling the lifting tongue up will facilities the installation of the <br />bolts. <br />5. Tighten the four ½-13 lock nuts on the lifting tongue. <br />6. Align the side holes on the cam follower mounting bar with the holes on the <br />lifting tongue then install the two adjustment screws. <br />Note: When installing the adjustment screws; make sure mounting bar is <br />perpendicular to the side of the lifting tongue and just screw adjustment screws <br />half way in until the part of the adjustment screws without threads go into the <br />hole on the mounting bar.
