TROUBLESHOOTING <br />To avoid possible personal injury and/or damage to the unit, inspection, test, and repair of electrical <br />equipment should be performed by qualified service personnel. The unit should be unplugged when <br />servicing, except when electrical test are required. Use extreme care during electrical circuit test. Live <br />circuits will be exposed. If the troubleshooting steps listed do not solve your machine problem, contact <br />manufacture for further assistance. <br /> <br />Problem Possible Cause Corrective Action <br />Unit will not move up or <br />down <br />Unit is Unplugged Plug Power Cord into the <br />appropriate outlet. <br />Circuit Breaker is Tripped. Reset the circuit breaker. <br />Power Cord Defective or <br />Inoperable. Check for continuity. <br />Switch Control defective or <br />inoperable. <br /> <br />Replace switch <br /> <br /> <br />Emergency E-Stop Locked (In Safety <br />Mode). Twist Red E-Stop to disengage. <br />Sensor is not detecting the Cart. Verify Cart is at least3/4 inch away <br />from the lifting tongue front face. <br />Motor got overheated. Let motor cool down for 10 <br />minutes. <br />Blown Fuse. Replace Fuse. <br />Blown Relay. Replace Relay. <br />Misaligned sensor. <br />Remove panels and make sure <br />sensor is properly secure to <br />mounting bracket. <br /> <br />
