COMPLAINANT IS ALSO CONCERNED BECAUSE THEY ARE WEARING LINGERIE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Employees on site this date are not aware of the complaint(s). Spoke with Manager on the phone and informed her of the <br /> complaint(s). Duplicate complaint received C00052993(similar in nature: not wearing masks and improper hand washing). <br /> Upon arrival, both employees on site(as well as the employee just starting her shift)are wearing face coverings. Proper hand <br /> washing was observed and the facility is clean. <br /> Remind all employees that face coverings shall be worn at all times and that hand washing shall occur any time contamination <br /> may occur.
