Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw a live roach with an egg sack on floor behind cooking equipment. Saw some dead ones at hard to <br /> reach floor areas and light covers.All dead bodies shall be immediately removed. Facility shall be pest free.
