The drum was also incorrectly labeled by having`oily water" listed as one of wastes in the drum. <br /> -One green 55 gallon steel drum containing oily water had a hazardous waste label that was missing the physical <br /> state. The drum was also incorrectly labeled by having"methyl ethyl ketone" listed as one of the wastes in the <br /> drum. <br /> -Near the batch houses, one 275 gallon bag containing EP dust had a hazardous waste label that was missing the <br /> hazardous property. <br /> -In hazardous waste storage area,two 275 gallon bags containing EP dust had hazardous waste labels that were <br /> missing the hazardous property. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The labels were corrected during the inspection. No further action is required to correct <br /> this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Due to the size of the facility, a multi-day inspection was conducted and implemented on August, 4, 2020, and <br /> August 5, 2020. A checklist was given to the facility on August 4, 2020, and an amended checklist was given to <br /> the facility on August 5, 2020. A complete report was finished on August 10, 2020 and replaces the initial <br /> checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 6, 2020. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. The checklist was emailed to the environmental manager, Bill Boscacci, at <br /> <bill.boscacci@o-i.com>. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly <br /> rate ($152).
