C1a <br /> GLASS <br /> ,s <br /> LIFE <br /> Preface <br /> This Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan (Plan) has been developed to <br /> address the storage of oils at the Owens-Brockway Plant#22 (Site/Facility/Plant) located at 14700 <br /> W. Schulte Rd. (37.716543°, -121.4911700) in Tracy, California. The Plan is designed to fulfill the <br /> requirements of 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 112, Environmental Protection Agency <br /> (EPA) Oil Pollution Prevention Regulations. The Plan describes practices, procedures, structures, <br /> and equipment at the Facility to prevent spills and to mitigate or preclude any adverse impact on the <br /> environment. <br /> The Plan will be reviewed a minimum of once every five years, or when Facility or operational <br /> changes warrant, to ensure it provides accurate information as well as protection for the <br /> environment. <br /> See Figures 1, 2, and 3 in Appendix A for a Site Location Map, Site Aerial Map, and Facility <br /> Diagram. <br /> GHD i Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure(SPCC)Plan 1085405 1 Page 5 <br />
