Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the <br /> sender and know the content is safe. <br /> John, <br /> To follow up our phone call, the attached picture shows Tank H in our Forklift Repair Area which was used to hold steam <br /> cleaning waste water(non-RCRA Hazardous Waste, Liquid (Oily Water)). Owens will no longer use this tank. The <br /> contents of this tank will be disposed of under manifest as. (non-RCRA Hazardous Waste, Liquid (Oily Water)) and the <br /> tank cut up into small pieces and disposed of under manifest as (non-RCRA Hazardous Waste, Solid (Oily Debris)). The <br /> manifests and photo documentation will be submitted to the SJC-EHD with the pending Return-to-Compliance letter due <br /> September 9, 2020. In the future the waste water from this area and operation will be pumped from the wash pad <br /> sump to a 275 gallon tote labelled (non-RCRA Hazardous Waste, Liquid (Oily Water)).The area and tote will be inspected <br /> during the weekly Hazardous Waste inspection.
