COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT THE BEANS AND <br /> SOUR CREAM WERE SPOILED AND THE SOUR CREAM ON HER MOTHERS SALAD WAS SPOILED AS WELL. <br /> COMPLAINANT NOTIFIED EMPLOYEES OF THIS AND COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY SEEMED LIKE THEY DID NOT <br /> CARE. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEIR STOMACH STARED ACHING VERY BAD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with the manager on site. I informed her of the complaint. COMPLAINANT ORDERED FOOD FOR TAKE OUT ON <br /> 8/11/2020. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT THE BEANS AND SOUR CREAM WERE SPOILED AND THE SOUR CREAM <br /> ON HER MOTHERS SALAD WAS SPOILED AS WELL. COMPLAINANT NOTIFIED EMPLOYEES OF THIS AND <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY SEEMED LIKE THEY DID NOT CARE. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEIR STOMACH <br /> STARED ACHING VERY BAD. <br /> The manager on site was not aware of this complaint. We proceeded to check the temperatures of the sour cream and the <br /> beans on the prep table and the walk in cooler.The product appears normal. Sour cream is received in 5 gal containers and it <br /> is stored in the walk in cooler at 40 F. It is received once per week.
