SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />The inspection revealed numerous violations, including but not limited to: <br />Class II <br />CCR 2735.5(a) Failed to coordinate implementation requirements with the EHD <br />CCR 2745.2(b)(1) Failed to submit a corrected, revised Risk Management Plan (RMP) <br />to the EHD within 60 calendar days <br />CCR 2785.1 (b) Failed to request assistance from the EHD when necessary to address <br />compliance or safety issues <br />H&SC 25535(a) Failed to submit RMP to the EHD after RMP certified by qualified <br />person and stationary source owner or operator <br />Submit Return to Compliance Immediately <br />November 21, 2017. The facility remains out of compliance <br />V. ADDITIONAL NOTES <br />The Risk Management Plan (RMP) was due for resubmission January 15, 2015. Mr. <br />Von Flue has been in contact with owner/operator since February 2016 providing <br />guidance and reminding of due dates.
