The fly ash must be treated at a minimum flow rate of 22 gpm. If <br /> the calcium chlorideflow rate dropsto 21 gpm or less,fly ash unloading mustbe <br /> stopped until aflow rate of 22 gpm can be re-established. <br /> 3.0 SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> 1. This procedure requires operating critical pieces of plant equipment that are <br /> powered by pressured hydraulic fluids and high voltage electricity_ Atailboard <br /> meeting MUST be held to ensure that the operator fully understands the <br /> system's operating parameters,task objectives,associated procedures and all <br /> hazardous conditions that exist and could occur during the performance of <br /> these tasks_ <br /> 2. Wear personal protective equipment including dust mask{PPE),goggles, <br /> safety toed loots,ear plugs,hard hat,and leather gloves. <br /> 3.
