Provide a <br /> corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 118 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. <br /> The missing receipts include: Used oil hauled from the site on: 10-29-18, 5-8-19, 1-23-19; Parts washer waste <br /> (waste code 134)hauled from the site on: 6-7-19, 10-11-19,4-8-19, 12-9-19, 8-15-19, 3-20-20, 5-20-20. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action <br /> regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts for all hazardous waste for <br /> the past three years. Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD).
