Other duties may be assigned <br /> by manager. <br /> • Sweep and mop floors where needed. <br /> • Empty trash receptacles and ensure that the recycle trash has been separated. <br /> • Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded. De-burring of machined parts. <br /> • Uses burning equipment to dismantle assemblies and cuts material to size and shape. <br /> • Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly. <br /> • Occasionally operates a forklift. <br /> • Other duties as assigned by manage/supervisor. <br /> QUALIFICATIONS <br /> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty <br /> satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or <br /> ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with <br /> disabilities to perform the essential functions. <br /> Education and/or Experience: <br /> High School diploma or G.E.D; or two years of related experience and/or training <br /> Licenses or Certifications: Forklift training certificate or the ability to receive it. <br /> Language Skills: <br /> Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. <br /> Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one <br /> and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. <br />
