S A N J D AR I N Environmental Health Department <br /> (L)j ;"� 1 y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> AVIVA PERFORMANCE 1 1414 W FREMONT ST, STOCKTON August 13, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility is storing approximately 100 empty product oil 55-gallon drums with no labeling. <br /> The owner stated that some empty hazardous material drums are sold for possible use as food cookers. This is not <br /> an approved use of used product oil drums unless they are cleaned by a facility with a drum cleaning treatment <br /> permit. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. <br /> The owner stated that the drums will be returned to the product supplier.
