The <br /> five tanks include three 30,000 gallon tanks for jet fuel (Jet-A), one 12,000 gallon tank for aviation gasoline (Avgas 100LL), <br /> and one 550 gallon tank for wastewater. One 30,000 gallon tank will be the master tank and include a remote pump skid for <br /> loading and unloading fuel, while the other two 30,000 gallon tanks will be satellite tanks. The project also includes a kiosk, <br /> a new concrete tank slab with bollards for protection around the tanks,a transfer pad with containment trenching and a 1,920- <br /> square-foot canopy cover with a wind wall, two pump skids, an electrical rack, a new electric gate attached to the existing <br /> fencing, lighting, and four fuel truck parking spaces. The applicant is requesting a modification of the required truck parking <br /> space dimensions from 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width to a minimum of 22 feet in length and 10 feet in width. No sewer <br /> or water connections are proposed with this application. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act Contract. (USE TYPE: <br /> Public Services—Essential) <br /> The Project Site is zoned P-F (Public Facilities) and the General Plan designation is P/F (Public). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of Lindbergh Street, 557 feet west of Fifth Street, <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Stockton.
