(Arcadis) on your behalf. This letter has been <br /> sent to you as the designated representative (Senior Environmental Specialist) for <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric Company's (PG&E's) McDonald Island Underground Storage <br /> Facility - Whiskey Slough Station (UCSF-WSS) located at 2121 N. Zuckerman Road in <br /> Stockton, CA. <br /> In response to the above referenced report, Central Valley Water Board staff concurred <br /> that no further action (NFA) was needed if, following the 30-day public notice period, no <br /> comments were received that changed this determination. No comments were received <br /> by either PG&E or the Central Valley Water Board related to this case. Therefore, based <br /> on the information provided to date, no further action is required at the PG&E McDonald <br /> island Under Ground Storage Facility — Whiskey Slough Station site. <br /> Nothing in this determination shall constitute or be construed as a satisfaction or release <br /> from liability for any conditions or claims arising as a result of past, current, or future <br /> operations at this location.
