All facility decontamination equipment,where required, shall be <br /> tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of emergency. Immediately repair the <br /> eye wash station. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> One 40 gallon container of used aerosol cans were stored without a lid. All hazardous waste containers shall be <br /> closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all <br /> hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by March, 14 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Inspector Provided: Return to compliance certification, Flier for free cupa classes, hazardous waste label <br /> stickers, contingency plan form <br /> Waste streams observed: Used oil, Used paper filters, used metal filters, used absorbent, used aerosol cans, <br /> used lead acid batteries <br /> Note: Contingency plan has one accurate emergency coordinator and one obsolete emergency coordinator. <br /> Please change the one obsolete emergency coordinator to an active coordinator. <br /> Hazardous waste label was not complete for the following: four 55 gallon containers of used paper filters, one 55 <br /> gallon container of used metal filters, two 300 gallon totes of used oil, one open container of used aerosol cans, <br /> one 30 gallon container of antifreeze. These were all corrected on site. <br /> Missing manifest on site for the following: 01915007JJk, 018682070JJk, 018042852JJk, and 018531527JJk. <br /> Inspector provided signed copies from the DTSC website. These were corrected on site. <br /> Operator mentioned they change oil and oil filters on-site at farms.
