Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, Ca 95205
Subject: Certification form for facility ID# 10183577
Dear Ms. Baker,
We have taken the following actions to correct the violations specified in Inspection Report dated
January 14, 2019.
Violation 102—We are yet unable to determine whether the metal fines in the shop contain hazardous
metals. Until that determination can be definitively made we have chosen to handle them as hazardous
waste. We have acquired the service of American Valley Waste Oil;Inc, EPA#CAR000272302, to dispose
of the metal fines on a regular basis. They have provided us a container to store the fines in until they
are picked up for disposal.
Violation 303—We had the fire extinguisher serviced by Armor Fire Extinguisher Co. on January 18, 2019
and it is now full and ready for deployment. The secondary oil containment was drained. We then had
the oil picked up and disposed of by American Valley Waste oil, Inc.
Violation 406—The fifteen empty metal 55 gallon drums were disposed of at a proper waste facility,
Tracy Material Recovery in Tracy.
