Marshalls #0122, 2203 Grand Canal Blvd Stockton, CA Record ID PR0539289
08/06/2020 CUPA— Hazardous Waste
PHOTO# 1
Violations 102 and 106: When asked how spills of a hazardous chemical are cleaned up and managed, Stephanie Ella, an assistant store manager, stated
Magic Monkey(absorbent) is applied to the spill, picked up, and then placed into the trash. At the time of inspection, a leaking container of Goo Gone
adhesive remover, observed inside a Corrosive Bases Hazardous Waste container, leaked onto the floor next to the hazardous waste storage area.
Stephanie applied absorbent to the spill and then placed the used absorbent into a nearby trash can. Several damaged and empty, or partially empty,
containers of hazardous chemicals were observed inside of the hazardous waste storage containers without used absorbent, further indicating that the
missing hazardous chemicals may have been disposed of into the trash.
70
t
n - uy,4owd 541
'¢xiN}6LPRIM
2 #rrraes
_ R
.4
Elianna Florido, REHS Page 1 of 18
