The business <br /> activities section has no selected for the Hazardous Material Business Plan (HMBP)program. The business is over <br /> reportable quantity and the HMBP question should be changed to yes. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> 160 gallons of new oil, 300 gallons of used oil, and 249 cubic feet of oxygen were found on site that have not been <br /> reported.The inventory was not reported for the year of 2020. <br /> Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map was not submitted as part of the business plan for the year of 2020. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer <br /> drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and <br /> storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
