According to the hazardous waste label on an STOU HW tote observed in the HW storage area, universal waste, <br /> including electronics, is to be placed in an STOU HW tote. <br /> o An Apothecary candle, which the scanner stated "See guide"for the item's disposal code. According to the STOU HW tote label observed in the HW <br /> storage area, candles were listed as contents in an STOU HW tote. <br /> o A leaky container of V05 shampoo with used paper towels, which the scanner stated should be placed in an STOU HW tote. <br /> o *An open package labeled as Card Reader Cleaning Card and with the statement that the item is saturated with isopropanol. Renesha stated the item <br /> is used by the facility to clean the card payment readers at the cash registers. The item did not have a barcode that could be scanned. Renesha stated she <br /> did not know which HW tote the item should be placed in. Renesha left the package in the tote.
