Dollar Tree#07648, 318 W Main St. Ripon, CA Record ID PR0543984
05/15/2019 CUPA— Haz. Waste
PHOTO#8
The following HW items were found in a State-Regulated, Toxics, Electronics, OTC Pharmaceuticals, Universal Waste (STOU) HW tote with accumulation
start date 2/18/19 (IMG 6351-5):
o Three empty 32 fl. oz. containers of Nu Veau Hydration Body Wash. Renesha stated she did not know what happened to the liquid body wash once
in the containers, but said that the containers may have arrived to the facility already empty.
o Three empty 32 fl. oz. containers of Silkience Salon Series Hydrating Shampoo with used paper towels, which Renesha stated were used to clean-up
a spill of the shampoo. The paper towels appeared fairly dry and the amount of paper towels did not account for the amount of liquid missing from the
containers. Renesha did not know what happened to the rest of the clean-up material or liquid.
V N
[ 2
\') M W
l
V 0 W
d
T M x
N U. m W
U Ol 4
Ln
0 0
R 'C m ' Ev = i
IJP a'O u '" 2 0
_ U. 4QM V Jm a.a Uj
ga
O 0► W m iq c O J m 0 ro c ro ar 3
via ` m o LL U0 - °? y , E ® gym z
' a R LL u o = _u M m a
N w _j v Q Y ' y ma u; u=i y
!Q !D k V ry m E 0 0QF_ avumm`
_ ...
