Violation#114 Consolidated manifest receipts failed to contain complete information. <br /> On the attached oil transfer document training will given on the safe transfer of oil and the signing of shipping manifests. <br /> The company who handles(George W. Lowery Inc.) our waste oil has been notified that no transfer of oil waste can <br /> occur with out all documents fill out correctly. <br /> 2. Violation#301 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste: <br /> The top of the drum was cleaned using shop rags that were turn in for disposal through the use of our supplier. (see <br /> attached pictures) <br /> 3.
