Date: <br />04/15/2021 <br />Manufacturer training: OPW(SB), 05/15/21 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to witness a one hour hydrostatic test for a diesel direct bury spill container. <br />Prior to testing the spill container the UST service technician checked drain line. <br />5(Five) gallons of testing liquid (water) was added to the empty OPW container just above the drain valve to a level 1.5inches <br />below the top of the spill containers. <br />After one hour the spill container was checked and there was no observable drop in liquid level. <br />The spill container was determined to have meet a pass criteria. <br />The annular pressure testing was performed. <br />The starting pressure 2psi <br />The ending pressure 2.3psi <br />No pressure drop noted <br />Result: Passed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
