Each employee shall notify their supervisor that they have safely exited once they have reached <br /> the assembly area. Each supervisor shall report their department headcount, including any visitors,to the ERT <br /> Leader. Please refer to 5.2 Employee Accountability Procedures after Evacuations for additional information. <br /> The First Responders and ERT Team members including Maintenance Personnel shall assist in the evacuation and <br /> provide first aid to injured employees according to the Emergency Response Checklist, attached as an appendix to <br /> this Plan. <br /> 5.1 Emergency Escape Procedures and Routes <br /> *see floor plan <br /> Emergency escape procedures and route assignments have been posted in each work area, and all employees have <br /> been trained by supervision in the correct procedures to follow. New employees are trained when assigned to a work <br /> area. A floor plan with the evacuation routes and assembly areas for this location is included. <br /> The preceding individuals have received special instructions and training by their immediate supervisors to ensure <br /> their safety in carrying out the designated assignments.A training record describing the instructions provided and the <br /> detailed procedures to be followed is maintained by the Safety Department. <br /> 4 <br />
