The column of liquid in the tank <br /> will force water into the pump for priming. <br /> (2) Close the appropriate vent valve after liquid emerges. <br /> Note: When priming a pump, use DI water and make sure the piping is flushed of all aqueous <br /> ammonia. <br /> Startup <br /> NOTE: Never close valve 80VM26 when pump P80P1 is running. Never close valve 80VM31 when <br /> pump P80P2 is running. <br /> NOTE: Pumps must be completely filled before they are started, see priming above. <br /> (1) Pneumatic actuated ball valves FCV-*V2 are in the open position.
