Cooks Collision of Tracy 2830 Auto Plaza Drive #I 10 Tracy, CA 95304 August 5, 2013 A STLC analytical test was conducted on the Dried Basecoat and Booth Coating and the tests results are non hazardous. We are using a new Bondo product and running a STLC test. Once the results are received we will forward to Thuy Tran at San Joaquin County. We made a file for our waste manifests and will retain signed copies by the destination facility on site for 3 years. They are readily available for review. Please see the attached signed manifests 008721091JJK and 006489365JJK. We labeled the used oil, used antifreeze, and waste waterborne 55 gallon metal drums with the following information: "Hazardous Waste", name & address of the generator, hazardous properties, physical state, contents, and accumulation start date. All containers are now marked with the required information. Since our shop is under 220 lbs. / 27 gallons per month we will comply with CA Regulation Title 22 66262.34 which state the following: (b) The beginning of the 90 day period specified in subsections (a) and (c) of this section is determined as follows: (1) if the generator does not generate more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste (listed in section 66261.33(e)) or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month, the 90 day period begins on the date the generator has accumulated 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste; We will have our hazardous waste hauler pick up our waste within 90 days of when we reach 220 lbs / 27 gallons of hazardous waste. Attached is the Hazardous Waste inspection log that will be used to conduct weekly inspections & estimate the amount of waste generated on a monthly basis.
