Immediately <br />make a hazardous waste determination for the fine sanding waste, paint booth filter waste, gun cleaning <br />solvent sludge, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement <br />and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br />- Per Victor, several types of waste analysis was perform but the results at the time of inspection was not <br />accessible. The analysis are with Ops Manager Ron Warren who is not present at time of inspection. <br />Vee04122, 123, & 124. Hazardous waste ge era ors shall in <br />copies of all manifests signed off by the destination facility on site for three years and have them readily <br />available for review. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten <br />signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 60 <br />days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible <br />copy of the missing manifest, with some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of <br />delivery. This information shall be submitted to: <br />DTSC Report Repository, Generator Information Services Section <br />P.O. Box 806, Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br />Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifest or prepare and submit the required information to <br />DTSC. Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest or a copy of the information <br />submitted to DTSC. <br />605. One 55 gallon metal drums each of used antifreeze, used oil, and waste waterborne paint all lacked <br />accumulation start dates. Used oil and used antifreeze had a separate hazardous waste label from the <br />listing of start dates that was missing the identification of hazardous property. Waste wasterborne paint <br />had illegible hazardous waste label missing name & generator info, hazardous property, physical state <br />and contents. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. <br />- Corrected on site.
