Per Victor, all the vehicles repairs are insurance claim based and are models newer than the year 2000. -Waste paint booth filters is generated from excess paint that is caught in the spray booth during painting process. 3M booth coat water-based liquid is applied inside spray booth to avoid adhesion of waste paint on walls, floor grates, lights, windows of spray booth. Interior booth is water hosed down. The waste paint booth filters are thrown away on a weekly basis into the regular garbage. Per Victor, facility uses waterborne color coatings. -Paint gun cleaning solvents waste is generated from paint thinners and solvents used to clean paint guns. High performance gun cleaner for water borne paint system Drester-1000 is used to clean equipment. A coagulating/floculation agent powder Drester 9211 is added to the waste liquid to allow separation of solids parts from waste water, enabling recycling remaining liquid for further cleaning purpose. The sludge is collected on the filter and is thrown away into the regular garbage. At the time of inspection, the system appears to be incorrectly setup for usage as the filter system was not placed beneath the unit. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE
