Storage of hazardous waste longer than 180days of start accumulation date. The waste waterborne <br />paint drum that is 1/8 full of dark sludge substance has a start accumulation date of 02/2012. Since <br />these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br />waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br />Submit to SJC EHD within 30 days (06/10/13): <br />1. one copy of the completed "Return to Compliance Certification" form <br />2. a written corrective action statement for each of the above violations <br />3. requested / supporting documentation ie. test lab analysis, disposal receipt for waste waterborne <br />paint, missing manifest w/ signatures <br />Notes: <br />-Facility does not have any aboveground tanks, nor stores any product petroleum oil or antifreeze- <br />-Used oil and used antifreeze is rarely generated and is from changing the motor or radiator. <br />-No operation of lube or antifreeze replacement/ change, brake/ rotor grindings, lead acid batteries <br />exchanges. <br />-Spray booth lights are maintain by corporate individual who comes to facility and takes away lights. <br />-GMG Envirosafe is contracted by corporate to perform quarterly audits and ensure facility performs <br />monthly training on various topics. Reviewed last hazardous waste training (October 2012 - names, <br />signature, job title on class roster). GMG Envirosafe ph 800-619-9733. <br />-Provided free training courses.
