The inactive number is CAL000314413. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of,transport or offer for <br /> transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) Identification <br /> (ID) Number.A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br /> month, less than 1 kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> to reactivate your ID number. Immediately reactivate your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: Disposal records for used oil and <br /> used anti-freeze from December 2017 to December 2018 were unavailable for review during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts for all hazardous waste for <br /> the past three years. Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD).
