The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One white plastic 55 gallon drum of used anti-freeze was observed without Generator name and address, <br /> accumulation start date, content, physical state, and hazardous property. <br /> -Two black metal 55 gallon drum of used oil were observed with the labels on the wall instead of the container. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
