A copy of these documents shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. <br /> 1)A designated operator inspection was performed on January 18, 2019 and the next inspection was performed on <br /> February 19, 2019, 32 days later. The designated operator visual inspections shall be conducted within 30 days or <br /> less of the previous inspection. Ensure that all designated operator inspections are performed within the required <br /> time frames. <br /> 2)The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br /> -On the 8/10/2018—7/12/2019 monthly inspection reports, Secondary Containment test date was incorrectly stated <br /> to be 1/22/2017.According to test results observed onsite,this test was completed on 1/22/2018. <br /> -Section V of the 10/25/2018 inspection report was left blank. <br /> -On the 11/23/18 the designated operator answered the question regarding sump sensor locations but did not list <br /> which sumps were visually inspected. <br /> During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check all required testing and maintenance for the UST <br /> system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designed operators <br /> performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> At the time of the inspection the following amount of liquid was observed: <br /> -Approximately 2 cups of liquid was observed in the diesel fill sump. <br /> -Approximately 3 gallons of liquid was observed in the 87W product fill sump. <br /> If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed <br /> of properly.While the inspector was on site,the service technicians started the removal of all liquid from 87 product <br /> and 91 product fill sumps.
