The manufacturer' s installation instructions have been provided . 13) Drawing G. 0. 2. 2 (14) indicates that sensors will be affixed to the sump wall next to penetrations, it's unclear how they will be mounted. Provide accurate depiction of how sensors will be affixed to sump wall. Response : See Enclosure No . 4 , Sheet M . 5 . 3 . 12 , detail " H " ; see also Enclosure No . 9 certifying that the bonding of the sump sensor holder is acceptable to the manufacturer, Containment Solutions . 14) Drawing M. 5. 3. 03 indicates that deadman are optional, provide clarification and supporting calculations. Response : Enclosure No . 4 has been revised per this comment for deadman tank anchoring ( no options ) . 15) Drawing M. 5. 3. 12 (A, B, C, D, E, F), shows that ball valves will be installed between sensors and the interstitial spaces, this proposed set up cannot be approved. Revise and resubmit. Response : Enclosure No . 4 has been revised to omit the valves . 16) Drawing M. 5. 3. 23 shows that sump sensor holder pipe is touching sump bottom obstructing sensor's visibility for its position verification, provide accurate location of sump holder. Response : Enclosure No . 4 has been revised per this comment to show accurately the location of the sump holder. 17) Drawing M. 5. 3. 26 and G. 0. 7. 2, shows that fill sump shield will not be removable once concrete is installed, sump depictions should stylistically match their respective cut sheets. Revise and resubmit. Response : Enclosure No . 4 has been revised per this comment to display the fill sumps in a manner that matches their manufacturer's cut sheets . 18) Indicate on M. 5. 3. 05 of the install plan if there are striker plates for the premium fill sump and the diesel submersible turbine sump. Response : Enclosure No . 4 has been revised per this comment. Striker plates are installed at all tank openings . 19) On M. 5. 3. 23, the brine reservoir and hydrostatic sensor shows attachment to the sump wall. Clarify and resubmit accurately the placement location of the brine reservoir and hydrostatic sensor to ensure the accurate fluid level change in reservoir and interstitial space.
