Please let me know a time line when the rest of the items in the work plan will be <br /> accomplished and the final report will be submitted. <br /> Items in work plan: <br /> • Gut house interior and remove all items, including HVAC, and dispose at an approved landfill -complete <br /> • Demolish trailer and dispose at an approve landfill -complete <br /> • Remove all items from barn/kennel to approved landfill-clean remaining walls/floor, seal floor- need status <br /> and time line <br /> • Sample septic tank- need status and time line (disposition of septic tank/system will be evaluated based <br /> on these results) <br /> After all the items are complete, the Final Report will need to be compiled and submitted. The Final Report will <br /> describe all the work that was done, will have septic tank sample results and will have all disposal receipts for the <br /> entire project. Final Report to be signed by the CIH. <br /> Also, before you rebuild the interior of the house, you will need to obtain a building permit for the work from the <br /> Community Development Department. <br /> It appears that you are close to being done.
