BCM Project No. 11-9234 <br /> Final Report <br /> The consultant's Final Report of remediation will focus on the process and results of the post- <br /> remediation sampling and analysis, and will reference the contractor's documentation as necessary to <br /> establish that the remediation has been completed in accordance with the approved work plan. The <br /> consultant will include the contractor's documentation as an attachment to the Final Report <br /> The Final Report must be signed by the CIH who conducted or reviewed the Preliminary Site <br /> Assessment-Work Plan and the Post Remediation Assessment. The SJCEHD will review the Final <br /> Report in a timely manner. <br /> If the Final Report is not satisfactory to the SJCEHD, it will be returned to the consultant and/or <br /> contractor with comments for clarification, additional information or other items that may remedy report <br /> deficiencies.
