I phoned him today and he indicated he would check with the consultant, <br /> BEM, to confirm when the work plan would be finished. He will call me on Monday with this information and also <br /> with a time line on when the work will be performed. Also, Mr. Valdez has stated he has completed the hazardous <br /> waste training required to work inside the affected structures, as he plans to do some of the work himself. <br /> It has come to my attention that the FDIC may have contracted with BEM and that testing at the property may <br /> have been performed and a report of findings prepared. If the FDIC, or an agent of the FDIC, has this report, it <br /> would be very helpful to the progress at the site if it were submitted to our office.
