The
PSAR will either recommend closure or propose additional remediation work (removal/cleaning), sampling
or other associated work.
• EHD will review the PSAR and will work with AGE/CIH and owner on any issues until it is approved.
• AGE will then implement the scope of work approved in the PSAR.
• Any subcontractors to be used to assist in implementing the PSAR approved scope of work should be
coordinated through AGE and will need to be approved by the EHD.
• After the PSAR approved work is complete, AGE/CIH will prepare a Report that describes and discusses
the work completed and any sample results. If additional work is still needed, this work will be proposed in
this report. If all work is complete and the confirmation sampling shows the occupancy limits have been
met, case closure will be proposed and the report will be consider the Final Report.
• EHD will review this report and, if closure is warranted, the case will be closed. An invoice for EHD costs
will be prepared and mailed to the owner. After this invoice has been paid, a release of lien will be recorded
with the Recorder's Office.
I hope this clarifies the process and I hope this case can proceed forward in the near future. Please have the
owner authorized contact person contact me if there is any additional questions.
Sincerely,
Linda Turkatte, REHS
Program Coordinator, Housing Programs
San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street, Stockton CA 95202
Voice: (209)468-3912
Fax: (209)468-8392
www.sjgov.org/EHD
From: Schlecht, Sharon L [mailto:Sharon.Schlecht@lpsvcs.com]
Sent: Thursday, February 03, 20112:48 PM
To: 'Champion Care'
Cc: Linda Turkatte [EH]
Subject: RE: Work Order 1014745299 & 1014745368 10900 Tokay Colony Road, Lodi
Importance: High
The attached is all I have received.
