Tokay Colony Road CITY: Lodi ZIP CODE: 95240 <br /> OWNER/OPERATOR: Joseph Valdez TELEPHONE#: <br /> TYPE OF INSPECTION: ❑COMPLAINT ❑ CONSULTATION D OTHER PROGRAM 1327 RECORD PRO527067 <br /> ELEMENT: ID#: <br /> NATURE OF COMPLAINT/CONSULTATION: <br /> Status check inspection of a single family dwelling (SFD) and a kennel posted Notice and Order to <br /> Abate, Unsafe to Occupy 40413-illegal Drug Lab on January 10, 2007. The house had chemicals in it <br /> typically used to make methamphetamine. <br /> OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br /> No person(s) appeared to be on the property; the front gate was closed and locked, the inspection <br /> was external only from the public roadway. There were two dogs running loose on the property. The <br /> SFD appears on the outside to be in the same condition as the the most previous inspection that <br /> took place on August 28, 2014. <br /> A report of the Meth Lab cleanup was submitted to the EHD on October 16, 2014, but it was <br /> incomplete as only one of the two documented septic systems onsite was sampled for drug waste. It <br /> also did not include disposal receipts for all materials removed from the site. <br /> Building Permit#BP-1301330 for repairs to the SFD expired on July 26, 2014. It had passed two <br /> inspections on electrical upgrades. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> 1. Obtain and final all necessary building permits to rebuild the SFD to standard condition, or to <br /> demolish it. <br /> 2. Sample the kennel septic system for drug waste, and have a revised report, signed by a Certified <br /> Industrial Hygienist, submitted to the EHD. The report must include all disposal receipts for <br /> contaminated and other materials removed from the site. <br /> 3. Submit to the EHD a time schedule for completion of all corrective actions required.
