Tokay Colony Road, Lodi PRO527067 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> Notice and Order to Abate. Housing and Dangerous Building Violations <br /> 11. The chimney has separated from the SFD, and the new window installations were never completed around <br /> the sides. A portion of the siding has been removed from the west side of the SFD and it appears here are <br /> unpainted plywood panels instead. <br /> 19. The chimney is visibly separated from the SFD; you can see daylight through the crack. <br /> NOTE: No one was onsite; an inspection of the interior of the SFD was therefore not possible. However, the <br /> permit the owner obtained to make the interior repairs has expired with just two inspections done on the electrical <br /> system. It is presumed all violations present inside the SFD, and in the rear not visible from the street, continue to <br /> exist until such time as EHD is allowed to do an inspection, or another building permit is obtained and finaled from <br /> the San Joaquin County Community Development Department. <br /> A report of the Meth Lab Cleanup was submitted to the EHD on October 16, 2014, but it was incomplete. <br /> The kennel septic system was not sampled, and disposal receipts for all contaminated and other materials <br /> removed from the property were not provided. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSING CASE IS BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE $130.00 <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> 67-1G.`�-cam��- — vvt .. -�— <br /> CONTINUATION FORM <br />
