The chimney has separated from the SFD, and the new window installations were never completed around <br /> the sides. A portion of the siding has been removed from the west side of the SFD and it appears here are <br /> unpainted plywood panels instead. <br /> 19. The chimney is visibly separated from the SFD; you can see daylight through the crack. <br /> NOTE: No one was onsite; an inspection of the interior of the SFD was therefore not possible. However, the <br /> permit the owner obtained to make the interior repairs has expired with just two inspections done on the electrical <br /> system.
